Digital Product Notice
Streambe sells digital subscription codes delivered electronically. Since these products can be accessed and used after delivery, all purchases are generally considered final once the code has been sent or activated.
Refund Conditions
- The one-month subscription plan is not refundable under any circumstances.
- For other subscription plans, refund requests may only be considered within the first 7 days after purchase.
- After 7 days, refunds will not be accepted.
- All refund requests are subject to verification by Streambe.
Non-Refundable Cases
- The subscription code has already been delivered and activated.
- The customer purchased a one-month subscription plan.
- The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.
- The customer changed their mind after completing the purchase.
- Incorrect information was provided during checkout.
- The issue is caused by the customer’s device, application, internet connection, or third-party service.
- The subscription was shared, resold, transferred, or used by another person.
- The subscription period has expired or has been heavily used.
- The customer failed to follow the provided activation instructions.
Replacement Before Refund
If a subscription code is incorrect, invalid, or not working, Streambe will review the issue and may provide a replacement code when possible.
A refund may only be considered if the issue is confirmed by Streambe and no replacement or technical solution is available.
Streambe reserves the right to verify the status of the subscription code before approving any replacement or refund.

- To request a refund or report an issue, customers must contact Streambe via WhatsApp.
- The customer must provide the following information.
- Email address used during purchase.
- Login details related to the subscription, such as username or account ID. Customers should never share their password.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Screenshots or proof showing the problem.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment method used.
